Why am I not receiving notifications?
Check that the Slack channel permissions allow RowRocket to post (see Slack Scopes), and confirm your Google Sheet triggers are configured correctly.
How do I refresh my OAuth tokens?
RowRocket handles token rotation automatically. If you encounter authorization errors, reinstall the app via your Slack workspace’s App Directory.
Can I filter notifications by row content?
Yes—use the conditional filters in the Conditional Notifications section of our docs.
